We were taught some interesting limitations in trainer school. The truth is so much more fun. How many reps should we do of a set? Will a certain rep scheme build more muscle? Burn more fat? Create robotic-like endurance? Is a 3 rep program for no-necks, 10 reps for beefcakes, and 30 reps for human battery packs? I talk about it in this post, but what's your experience?
